• In case of covid, Tours a la carte has flexible policies in case you or a traveler in your group has covid. If the test is positive, you can request a refund of the 50% with a last minute cancellation and the remaining part will remain as a valid credit for 2 years.

In the case of air transport: Cancellation policies will depend on the airline or charter service. If you book through us and cancel, we will keep the 10% that we charge for the flight, and we will represent your interests to get the best possible result from a cancellation.
